The accommodation is situated in a very beautiful and quiet place. Eric and his family are very nice and respectful people, and everything is as announced. I would recommend this place to anyone! (Although you DO need a means of transportation, since it's a bit far from the nearest bus stop, but a bike or an electric scooter is more than enough.)

Super accueil, l’appartement est semblable à la description (même mieux), rénové, tout équipé, propre et proche des transports, il convient parfaitement pour un séjour à Nice !

Location très bien équipée et agréable idéalement située proche de tous commerces. Propriétaires très gentils, serviables et disponibles si besoin. On se sent vraiment en sécurité. Si vous avez une voiture elle aussi est en sécurité dans la résidence. Je recommande vivement.
