Thierry place is in nice location and wifi is good. Room is a good size however next to building entrance which makes it a bit inconvenient as you can always hear the banging of the building entrance. Room was a bit cold due to heating system not being on frequently. Other than that I would recommend this place.
J'ai passé deux semaines chez Thierry. L'appartement est très beau et propre. Par ailleurs, Thierry est très sympathique et discret. Je recommande à 100%.
Positif: - Grande chambre avec fauteuil - Bonne situation géographique Négatif : - Propriétaire très désagréable, qui vous fait sentir mal à l'aise et qui vous tient pour responsable de tout - Propriétaire totalement inflexible : interdiction d'amener pour 1 nuit une amie à dormir, pas d'accès à la cuisine entre 19 et 20h - Lit simple, avec très mauvais oreiller, ne convenant en aucun cas pour 2 personnes (contrairement à ce que stipule l'annonce) - Chambre très sombre (peu de lumiere naturelle) et donnant sur une rue bruyante - Cuisine et salle de bains vieilles, pas très propres ni bien entretenues - Connexion Internet horriblement mauvaise - Pas d'accès au salon/salle à manger --> A éviter pour plus de quelques jours (j'y suis restée 1 mois)
Thierry est une personne très fiable, réservée, mais aussi disponible pour toute information nécessaire. L'appartement se trouve en plein centre de Marseille, à proximité du Vieux Port et de la gare des trains/routière. L'appartement est calme et bien entretenu. Je recommande !
Thierry was very welcoming and interesting to talk to. The large bedroom was cool and quiet and the bed was also comfortable.He also provided fan. The location is very easy to access the Vieux Port.
J'ai passé 4 nuits chez Thierry. Très bon accueil, on se sent en confiance et son logement est bien placé.
